Before you start configuring your Tesla order, visit Tesla.com using a referral link from an existing Tesla owner. The link tags your session so the referral travels with the order you place next.

Configure and place your order
Build your Model 3, Model Y, Cybertruck, Powerwall, or Solar order as you normally would. Tesla applies the referral incentive to the order at submission. Referrals can’t be added after the order is submitted, so apply the referral first.

Receive benefits at delivery
Trial benefits like Full Self-Driving (Supervised) activate at vehicle delivery and run for the period Tesla specifies. Account credits and supercharging miles post to your Tesla account after the order is fulfilled. Nothing extra to enter, nothing else to redeem.

Eligibility at a glance
- New Tesla orders only. The program applies to new vehicle, Powerwall, and Solar orders. Pre-owned and inventory-vehicle eligibility depends on the current program terms in your market.
- Apply at order time. The referral has to be on the order when it’s submitted. Tesla generally doesn’t add referrals retroactively, so the referral link should be opened before you build your order.
- One referral per order. Each Tesla order can carry one referral, redeemable for the active program incentive.
